We planned this session for so long, and so lucked out with the most amazing night, scenery and weather! This sweet mama just happens to be my sister in law, so it was even more special to take their maternity photos for baby #2! Also, let me just add, how adorable is my nephew?!

Oh sweet baby N! This cuddly little man was so sleepy and perfect for our session! He was such a good sport and totally put up with mom and I changing blankets, props, etc! He worked so well with all our ideas and was an absolute dream. What a precious little boy!

Over the summer I had the privilege of shooting these dreamy maternity photos! This sweet couple has since had their beautiful baby girl, her newborn shoot is coming soon. Mom was a college roommate and good friend of one of my best friends from highschool. She and her husband moved up to Connecticut and I was so honored to shoot this session for them! We met up at Harkness Park in Waterford, CT. That place gets more spectacular with every visit. There was a wedding going on at the same time, so we snuck around not to interrupt them. Here's just a few from the session. To say it was a great day was an understatement!

I met up with the C family at Silver Sands Beach in Milford on a gorgeous summer evening for these awesome maternity photos! Mom & Dad did not know the gender of the baby, and now are holding their precious baby boy! His newborn photos are to come soon - be on the look out. We took photos with little baby girl shoes, and boy shoes.. but at this point I firgured to just post the boy ones!

Mom looked so stunning in her maxi skirt! I do have so say I love maxi dresses and skirts adorning baby bumps! It just looks so chic and effortless. Just a little tip for those of you wondering what to wear to a maternity session!

I've known this sweet boy's mom for a few years now and had the pleasure of taking some holiday photos last year. We met up this year for his 2 year old photos as Ocean Beach Park in Mystic, CT. This sweet boy sure is a little shy guy! It took a little coaxing but he finally started talking to me and we had a blast looking for sharks and wales! He saw tons, but I missed them every time. Unfair! :)

I had the pleasure of meeting this fun adorable family for their son's 2 year shoot! He was such a sweet little boy and what a looker! He is definitely going to have all the little chickies in kindergarten fighting over him one day. He loved the beach and would repeat everything you said. He stole my heart holding my hand and looking for "quartz" on the beach. He loved to count his numbers too! Such a smarty pants already!

And can you tell, he loves Mickey! Mom and dad made the sign! How creative! I love how all the colors went together nicely. And come on, the Converse sneakers?! So stinkin' cute! Such a fun shoot, I hope to see you guys again L family! You were a blast. Hope J had a wonderful birthday!
